As part of our continuing efforts to bring about the Family life education programmes to you, we have organized a parenting workshop on 14th March 2015:

1. Empowering your teens to set goals under Managing Motivation & Learning Potential

Learning to set goals is an important skill. Any child who learns the value and habit of having good goals is ahead of the game as he prepares for life and the real world. With goal setting, you can help your teenager learn the skills necessary to help their dreams become a reality. Goal setting will give your teens direction. The teen years are a good time to get a lot of practice with the guidance of parents being readily available. Being able to set  good goals will build self-esteem, create a positive future, reduce unhealthy habits,  improve grades, gain time management skills, as well as help your teen gain independence.

In this workshop, parents will learn the importance and benefits of goal setting for their children. They will also be guided on ways to help their teens define and accomplish their goals and increase their motivation to succeed in life.
